VOIP

Hi,
I installed about 3 months of the AVM Fritz Box Fon 5050th In the beginning, the box was also fine. For some time, but I have two problems.
1st I'm often a computer crash. Can this possibly related to the box?
2nd If I want to make calls over Internet (VOIP), this is a matter of luck whether a connection is not able to or not. If I want to make calls using a phone number stored in my phone book, is only a dial tone and the info on the display of the phone + own VOIP phone. I will try to manually enter the phone number the same. Only after repeated attempts it succeeds then make a connection.
My phone has already been replaced by a new one. The Fritzbox was installed according to instructions from me and each supplied with the new updates. Occurred, the error since installing the latest updates.
Can someone give me a hint in this regard, what I have to change if necessary in the pits for settings?

Nice that you have found the way to the forum. Unfortunately, with the first posting etws next to it. The title "VOIP" is not meaningful, because hardly anyone is aware, after all this is the central issue at all. And there is no disturbance at 1 & 1, which you report here.
